2. Scope and Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data

2.1 Accessing the Website

When accessing this website www.softlare.de, the Internet browser used by the visitor automatically sends data to the server of this website and temporarily stores it in a log file. The following data is stored without any input from the visitor until it is automatically deleted:

• IP address of the visitor's device

• Date and time of access by the visitor

• Name and URL of the page accessed by the visitor

• Website from which the visitor accessed the website (so-called referrer URL)

• Browser and operating system of the visitor’s device as well as the name of the access provider used by the visitor

The processing of these personal data is justified pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. The company has a legitimate interest in processing the data for the purpose of:

• Quickly establishing a connection to the company website

• Enabling user-friendly use of the website

• Recognizing and ensuring the security and stability of the systems

• Facilitating and improving website administration

The data is expressly not processed for the purpose of gaining insights into the identity of the website visitor.

2.2 Contact Form

Visitors can submit messages to the company via an online contact form on the website. To receive a response, at least a valid email address is required. All other information can be provided voluntarily. By submitting a message via the contact form, the visitor consents to the processing of the transmitted personal data. The data is processed exclusively for handling and responding to inquiries via the contact form. This is based on voluntarily granted consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR. Personal data collected for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted once the inquiry has been resolved and there are no grounds for further storage (e.g., subsequent commissioning of our company).

2.3 Newsletter (Currently No Subscription Available)

By registering to receive the newsletter, the visitor expressly agrees to the processing of the transmitted personal data. Only the visitor's email address is required to subscribe. The legal basis for processing personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters is consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR.

The visitor can unsubscribe from future newsletters at any time via a special link at the end of each newsletter or by sending a corresponding email to newsletter@softlare.de.

3. Transfer of Data

Personal data will be transmitted to third parties if:

• Explicit consent has been given pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR

• The transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR and there is no reason to assume that the data subject has an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing their data

• There is a legal obligation to transfer the data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(c) GDPR

This website uses cookies, which are data packets exchanged between the company website server and the visitor's browser.
